The 6BR8A is a triode pentode valve that was designed for VHF TV tuners. This triode pentode valve is getting very hard to find now especially as production was ceased in the late 1980's.

This is an original 6BR8A made in the USA by General Electric. These are excellent quality and are used mainly in vintage WEM copycat tape echo units from the early 1960s.
It also certain that this item will never be produced again so if you use or repair old WEM copycat echo units now is the time to get some stock.

These come in the original General Electric boxes.
