17mm Long Plate

Really pleased to have these back in stock as many cudtomers have told me that the long plate GE were one of the best sounding 6C4.

These GE have the long 17mm 3 rib long grey plate anode with ring getter and 6C4 acid etched into the glass.

Original USA made General Electric 6C4/EC90 long plate was used as original equipment by Conrad Jonson and by many high end American audio companies.

Conrad Jonson used this 6C4 due to its sound quality and for its extreme reliability, indeed the GE was the valve of choice when used as a cathode follower in many industrial circuits due to its long life over extended time periods.

The GE was also use by Ampeg in all the original SVT designs and offers an upgrade over many European made EC90/6C4 valves.
