Many items are from companies such as G.E Mullard, RFT as they did not make valves themselves. Many items are of high quality as they were a major supplier to the M.o.D and N.A.T.O . Most valves were supplied to government contacts from their London show rooms

The 6AN8A valve branded Z&I made in Japan by Toshiba is a triode pentode valve used in many vintage American amplifiers.

The pentode section provides the amplification while the triode is usually used as a phase splitter.

This item is now hard to find item that is used in old guitar Gibson guitar amps and Hi-Fi systems.
