The kits consist of the best sonically sounding valves that have been specified by our professional users. Due to the scarcity of these valves many of the items are only available as a complete kit.

This full upgrade kit is for the model with a 6072A valves. It is designed to provide the best sonic and audio performance available using modern valves from this legendary piece of studio equipment. This Upgrade kit is for those musicians and studios on a reduced budget but still require gain selected valves for their equipment

This kit is for the version that uses a 6072A valve and these are generally the early version with serial numbers below 4691.

The 610 mark 1 is a classic valve microphone preamp & LA-2A-style compressor in a single unit

Audio professionals the world over use the 610 as it is acknowledged for its smooth, natural compression characteristics. A unique tube-driven electro-optical attenuator system allows instantaneous gain reduction with no increase in harmonic distortion.
