One of the most famous American Valve manufactures of all time. RCA was responsible for designing and manufacturing many important valves such is the 6V6GT, 6L6GC, 7027a and the super EL84 known as 7189. RCA also pioneered many advances in manufacture such as the black plate coating and had a hand in helping GEC make the famous KT66.
17mm Long Plate

American made RCA 6C4 long plate black anode is a single small triode valve that is used by many high end American audio companies. These 6C4 were produced for the USA Army and Navy for military Government contracts.

These Original long plate date from 1944 and supplied then under RCA and Ken rad branding to the US government. The valves are branded in black ink with either brand in original RCA boxes.

The valves feature a 17mm black plate with 3 rib plate and are noted for a warm smooth sound with full midband response. We are sadly down to our lost stock of this Excellent sounding valve

It is also used Ampeg in all the original SVT designs and offers an upgrade over many European made EC90/6C4 valves. This valve comes in the original RCA boxes.
