The Tung-sol reissue valves are produced by the Sovtek Corporation to high standards at their reflector plant. These are recreations of some of the most popular Audio and guitar valves and they also produce some original designs under the Tung Sol name such as the KT120. These valve are used by original equipment manufactures the work over for their sound quality and reliability.
The Tung Sol ECC82 12AU7 Re-issue is superbly made and provides low noise and low microphonics. It is designed to replicate the performance of the American NOS 6189 valves.

It has an excellent open sound with superb balance and clarity. Which is why the Tung sol is used by many audio manufactures.This is one of the best Sounding ECC82 Types made today.

The ECC82 Tung Sol is a short plate design with a 22mm glass envelope which is very low in microphonics

We offer Two options:

2) Balanced -matched triode sections for Phase splitter, Audio & Tube microphones

All Balanced preamp valves are Dynamically Drive tested under real working condition and are matched on dB gain. They also have passed the following tests:
