The Voskhod Factory produced many High end signal valves for the Russian military. Voskhod, Kaluga was a Large collective factory, makes many ICs and other semiconductors as well as receiving tubes. Types in production: Makes 6N1P-EV, 6AX7, 12AX7WA/WB, 6SN7, 6SL7,ECC88 and a few other types sold by various firms outside Russia
The 6N2P is a 9-pin double triode valve that replaces 6AX7 and 6N2 Chinese types.
These were made at the Voskhod plant in Russia and have the Rocket Logo

The 6N2P Voskhod Rocket are considered the best sounding of this type and due to its excellent sound quality is now used by many audio companies such as Nobsound in its Class A Single-Ended 6N2 and Little Bear amplifiers.

This is not Interchangeable with a 12AX7 as is stated on some sites; firstly it is not pin compatible.

The most significant difference between the 6N2P and the 12AX7 is that 6N2P has its two filament elements connected in parallel, unlike the series filament connection of the 12AX7. So the 6N2P can only operate it from a 6.3 volt, 300 mA filament supply, a 12AX7 may be operated from either 6.3 or 12.6 volts.
