Siemens are a huge German owned manufacturer that has made and developed some of the worlds best vacuum tubes. Siemens first patented the x-ray tube On March 24, 1896. Siemens have made some of the best sounding audio valves that have become highly sought after for their sound and build quality.
These are the Original German made Siemens EF732 which is a special quality wide band HF amplifier pentode which is ideal in valve microphones.

These items come from the German government and have short wires so they have been pre trimmed ready for installation on to the circuit board.

Recording engineers really like this valve as they prefer the warmer and fuller response in the midband over The leaner sounding American made types.

So you will need to check the length of wire that you need before ordering.

The EF732 is electrically similar to the AC701K used in such microphones as the Neumann M49. It is very low noise and has a very refined sound.

The German Made Siemens sonically is warm, clear and very transparent and is considered warmer that the 5840.
