Victory Amplifiers are made in England, where they are designed and built by a team of engineers and traditional craftsmen. The man behind Victory Amplifiers and head designer is Martin Kidd who is well known in British amplification circles as he was head designer at Cornford Amplifiers. The amplifier range offers meticulously hand-wired tag boards alongside printed circuit boards. Our range of valve upgrade kits are designed to help you get the best performance from these excellent amplifiers.
The Victory Silverback Classic EL34 Retro full revalve kit is designed to give you the best vintage British Rock overdrive but adds a more aggressive top end punch to the sound. This kit will suit those players who want a valve that will cover any musical situation and make excellent use of the wide tonal range that this amp has to offer.

The Harma ECC83 Retro is a true sounding recreation of the famous Mullard ECC83.The outstanding feature of this valve is that when it is overdriven it provides a warm sustaining sound with plenty of upper harmonics with an excellent 3 dimensional midrange response.

The Harma EL34-Retro is based on the famous Mullard EL34 XF2 design and has a number of important features over standard EL34 types. The grids of the tube use a block construction this enables the valve to provide smoother output and eliminating odd order harmonics. The result is a tight bass response with a balanced sound stage and clean clear treble. Thicker glass not only adds strength but also provides lower microphonics. The valve has a slight midrange forwardness giving the sound a full rounded tone when distorted or overdriven.

The Harma EL34 Retro will suit the vast majority of guitarists from the classic rock player, the hard rock and metal player who want that classic British sound. The EL34 Harma Retro has also attained a 5 star review in Guitar Buyer magazine therefore making this the ideal upgrade for your Victory amplifier.
