Raytheon 5639 is a military sub miniature USA made a special quality pentode.
These are similar and a replacement for CV2662

These high-quality sub-miniature pentodes are well known for their extremely low noise and low microphonics and the Raytheon Company specialised in making sub miniature valves and these offer great sound quality and long life.
