Reflector Corp, Saratov: The Reflector Corp based in Saratov in Russia made some of the best Russian military types. Reflector has built large thyratrons as well as signal valves with most of its production going to the Russian government. All items are original Military sourced items and therefore offer superb build and sound quality.
Special Matched Pair


This is a special balanced version with matched triode sections available in matched pairs. For use in in critical positions in Tube compressors and driver stages in Audio amplifiers

The Reflector 6H23N-EB is a Russian super premium 6922 E88CC that was made for the Russian military. This is the original military 6H23-EB with the OTK government inspection stamp on the glass. These valves were made with no compromise on materials or quality control.

This valve also has a number of features that set it apart for others of the same type.

The valve was designed to be Immune to shock and vibration and these valves were internally ruggedized. This gives the valve the lowest microphoney of any 6922 type.6H23-EB valve also had its filaments isolated so the filament will not degrade over long periods of use. The valve was also long life rated at 5,000 hours so to put it simply, No 6922 was made to this specification.

This item has is very low noise and exceptionally low in microphonics and out performs all NOS valves from Mullard, Philips, RCA, G.E in this respect. If you look on the internet you will see nothing but praise and super reviews. People claim these are better than the German CCa, 7308 and Mullard CV2493, I certainly agree with this

Sound wise; this valve has plenty of deep musical bass definition which is very detailed and rhythmical. The bottom end response is also more controlled and articulate than any other 6922 E88CC type. It has a very musical and transparent midband which is excellent on vocals and strings. The top end is also very clear without the hardness that is common issue in all the current production ECC88/6922 valves.

The 6H23N-EB major strong point is that it excels in detail, speed, and I have never found any valve in the 6922 E88CC to match this super 6H23N-EB

These valves are as good as it gets and the 6N23N-EB is a superior replacement 6922 6DJ8 6N11 ECC88 & E88CC. The super low noise make these an excellent choice for all studio and high end audio applications as well as CD, tube microphones & phono stages.

All have been tested and matched on db Gain and are super low noise so are excellent in all high end audio applications as well as CD, tube microphones & phono stages. These valves are as good as it gets and is a direct replacement for 6N23N-EB 6922 6DJ8 6N11 ECC88 & E88CC.
