The Radio Technique EF86 features the mesh screen around the anode plate and rigid internal support. This is no surprise as RT was owned by Philips so this valve follows the Mullard Philips design.

The EF86 is a high gain pentode that was designed to amplify low-level audio signals.
This item was very popular in Quad 11 and for use in Vox combos over the years due to its classic Sound.

Item comes in the original RT box and we are now sadly down to our last one
