Single valve

These Ken Rad 6K6GT VT 152 are the early versions of General Electric 6K6GT, Kentucky Radio was the original name of General Electric.

These early GE 6K6GT have all the hallmarks that we love about General Electric valves. The valve features the dark glass which is an RF shielding which was sprayed on inside the glass and black base.

They have the large sound stage with a well-balanced top end. When pushed into overdrive the valve displays a lovely rich harmonic creamy sound. The valve has a crystal clear top end and breaks up very sweetly which makes this a truly outstanding valve.

These are the original black base valve with the smoked glass and is a super choice for old Fenders.

We have these in Dual Matched Pairs
